Private Enterprise "PALLADA" has been known as a design company since 2001 and today is an active participant in the Ukrainian and European markets of engineering services, both civil and industrial design. Our company has many years of experience in the design and implementation of of projects of various types of complexity and focus on various types of construction, reconstruction, overhaul, etc.

Experience in designing
The design of dual-purpose civil protection structures is an important aspect of ensuring public safety. Such structures can be used both for the main functional purpose and for sheltering the population in case of emergencies.
8 structures
In 2023-2024 alone, we developed and designed 8 dual-purpose civil defense facilities with different capacities: from 400 to 1100 people.
The main design requirements for such structures include:
Strength and stability: The structures must be able to withstand significant loads, including blast waves and other impacts.
Airtightness: It is important to ensure that structures are airtight to protect against chemical, biological and radiation threats.
Ease of use: The structures should be convenient for quick sheltering of a large number of people.
Life support systems: The availability of ventilation, water, sewage and electricity systems is a must.

The main stages of examination
Inspection of buildings and structures with the use of instrumental inspection and survey work is an important step in determining the technical condition of structures and ensuring their safe operation.
The main stages of the survey:
Preliminary examination: Collection and analysis of information about the object; Familiarization with the project documentation; Visual inspection of structures.
Detailed inspection: Carrying out measurements and drawing up structural diagrams; Identification of defects and changes in building structures; Verification calculations and data analysis.
Instrumental examination: Use of special equipment to measure structural parameters; Taking samples of materials and conducting laboratory tests (if necessary); Calculations of the bearing capacity of structural elements.
Survey works
Geodetic works: Measurement and analysis of geometric parameters of an object.
Geological research: Study of soils and groundwater to assess their impact on structures.
Hydrogeological studies: Analysis of the water regime of the territory and its impact on buildings
These stages allow us to get a complete picture of the technical condition of buildings and structures, which is the basis for making decisions on their further operation or reconstruction.
