According to the customer's specifications, the project concept was developed in two versions: one included a residential function, and the other did not.

Option 1. Residential and office complex
A modern building where exquisite housing, well-thought-out open-plan office space, energy-saving systems, underground parking lots and modern utilities create ideal conditions for a harmonious combination of work and leisure in the historic center of Kropyvnytskyi.
The 5-storey multifunctional complex is designed on the contrast of facade solutions. The office part of the building is decorated in lighter colors, with large glass windows that give it a business-like, restrained look. The residential section is made in a darker shade of brickwork, which creates a cozy and warm mood.
The fifth floor has a terrace where a lounge area can be realized for both office workers and apartment residents.
The ground floor is intended for commercial premises: shops, cafes, etc.
The space between the buildings is organized as a cozy recreation area, generously decorated with greenery.

Option 2. Office building
The openwork design of the five-story office center creates openness and a sense of space. Stylish and at the same time restrained glass and brick facade solutions allow us to harmoniously observe the architectural context of the Kropyvnytskyi city center, which has been formed over the past century and a half.
The complex includes ground floor retail space, open-plan offices, and underground parking. Functionality, safety and comfort are ensured by the most modern engineering and energy-saving solutions.
A terrace is planned along the fifth floor, where, if desired, you can arrange a comfortable and cozy space for relaxation.
The section, which has a large glass facade wall and provides plenty of natural light, can be adapted for open office space or for an informal socializing area in combination with a winter garden.
