Kharkiv Specialized Lyceum 134 was destroyed in February 2022 at the beginning of the full-scale invasion during the first battles for Kharkiv. The educational institution became a death trap for several dozen russian special forces. The 1936 building burned to the ground.
The restoration concept envisages using the existing rubble foundation and recreating the original historical layout of the building with certain improvements to meet the needs of accessibility and inclusiveness.
Preserving the historical memory of the site, we offer a new and modern approach to the design of educational institutions.
