During one of the regular bombardments of Kharkiv, an enemy missile destroyed a dormitory building, and the building on Achieseriv Street was heavily damaged. A technical inspection of the facility showed that 5 out of 8 entrances could be repaired, and 3 should be dismantled.
The restoration concept proposes to restore the building's facades and add two additional floors to the sections to be dismantled to create additional living space.
